Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Effective Date: September 3rd 2025
This policy protects brand value, ensures fair competition, and maintains healthy margins for our retail partners. It governs advertised prices across digital and print channels. Resellers remain free to set in-store prices, provided all advertised prices comply with MAP.

MAP values above are the lowest advertised prices permitted without written approval from A Nutty Life.
Scope of “Advertised Price”
- E-commerce product pages, marketplace listings, and cart/checkout price displays.
- Digital ads, email marketing, social media posts, SMS, affiliate sites, price comparison engines.
- Printed ads, circulars, catalogs, signage visible from outside the store.
In-Store Flexibility: Resellers may sell below MAP at the register; however, any public advertising must meet or exceed MAP unless pre-approved in writing.
Promotions & Exceptions
- Short-term discounts below MAP require prior written approval from A Nutty Life.
- Site-wide or basket-level offers may not be structured to advertise a product below MAP without approval.
- “Call for price,” “See price in cart,” or tactics intended to obscure MAP compliance are not permitted.
- Free shipping, loyalty rewards, or value-add bundles are allowed if the advertised item price remains at or above MAP.
Compliance & Enforcement
- Notice: We may notify resellers of a MAP variance and request correction within 24–48 hours.
- Consequences: Repeated or severe violations may result in order holds, loss of promotional support, or suspension/termination of wholesale privileges.
- Unilateral Policy: A Nutty Life sets this MAP Policy unilaterally and may modify it at any time at our sole discretion.
This policy applies regardless of currency, marketplace, or channel. Marketplace fees or commissions do not justify pricing below MAP.
