2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: A Nutty Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Delayed Shipments: We are not liable for shipping carrier delays, but we will assist in tracking your package

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for unopened and unused products that are returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Photos of the unopened product (if applicable)
